Learning Intention
To reinforce children’s ability to identify whether something is written in the the ‘first, second or third person, which can be singular or plural.
To develop an understanding that when the person is changed, the verb and the rest of the sentence must agree.
Introduction.
A sentence can be written in the first, second or third person, and the person can be singular or plural.
Let’s conjugate the verb ‘to be’ in the simple present and past tenses.
